lovely comfortable experience
excellent bedlovely staff
the bed proved excellent. i found the pillows provided best support among hotels i stayed. i also admired the beautiful view from our room. the staff displayed a lovely attitude.

the team provided a warm welcome to guests upon arrival. check-in was a quick process. the accommodation had a pristine condition thanks to the staff. the daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels.

breakfast included nice choices. options were plenty. the restaurant food tasted very good. breakfast stood out too. the menu offered excellent dishes. i especially liked the loaded hashbrowns.

the staff were friendly so that was acceptable
breakfast was a joke it was just some cereal bars and tired fruit set up in the hallway i felt a bit cheated given the price i paid

The staff attended to everything i needed. The shower was powerful. The room was immaculate! i left my keys and they posted them to me. amazing service. I would stay again for sure.
the breakfast was non existent, on arrival i was told it was diy affair on landing. there was cereal, cereal bars, tired looking fruit, yogurt and juice.

the room looks newly refurbished and includes everything needed. there was super clean cleanliness and everything was in perfect working order. i was very impressed with the attention to detail.
